I'm always on the lookout for new applications from exisiting ideas. This was spawned by a visit to a friends London flat. Short on space but keen on Hi Fi, he was looking for smaller audiophile loudspeakers, but didn't quite have the room even for bookshelf speakers.

 

An idea dawned on me where we could develop a true piece of Hi Fidelity Furniture by integrating a stand with speakers for both his TV and HiFi.

 

The result "Wide" from 8 ball.
